Penne al Salmone e Gamberetti
Penne pasta tossed with prawns, smoked salmon and finely chopped courgettes in a lightly spicy tomato and brandy sauce.
Linguine tossed with fresh vegetables, light spicy tomato sauce finished with white wine and Pecorino cheese. V
Tagliatelle stirred with succulent oven baked duck , Porcini mushrooms in a light creamy sauce finished with truffle oil .
